Q&A

- Hometown:

Thessaloniki, Greece – based between Berlin, Athens, and Thessaloniki

- What is your primary role on tour?

I manage merchandise and concessions for bands and festivals across Europe, from club tours to stadium shows.

- How did you get into the touring/music industry?

Started as a DIY roadie and printing factory rat and grew into full-time tour and merch logistics. Been handling merch for over 1500 shows since 2016, combining real-world chaos with structured workflows.

- Gear/Tools of choice:

MacBook for the spreadsheet madness, ClickUp for task management, Shopify for e-comm, resistance bands and a kettlebell for staying sane.

- Notable Bands/Artists worked with:

Agnostic Front, Hatebreed, Suicidal Angels, Rotting Christ, Thundermother, Ignite, Backfire!, Nervosa, Burning Witches, Henry Rollins , Schiller, and more.

1. What is one thing you NEVER leave for tour without?

My resistance bands and a small kettlebell (if allowed). Gotta keep the body functional in the chaos.

2. Tour is marching down the road, you see a sign for your favorite fast food spot and we HAVE to stop...where are we going and what's your order?

Any döner place that looks sketchy but has a line outside. I’ll take a dürüm with extra spice and an Ayran.

3. What's your go-to gas station snack order?

Protein bar, strong coffee, and double hazelnut magnums :)

4. What do you love to do when you aren't touring?

Work on my clothing brand, lift heavy things, draw, and try to organize the chaos I left behind while I was away.

5. Mental health is so important. What is something you need to do on tour to keep yourself sane?

Create a routine, even if it’s just 15 minutes of training and decent coffee. Also: noise-cancelling headphones and keeping the wrong people out of my bubble.

6. Biggest green flag in a tourmate? Biggest red flag?

Green flag: Someone who handles their shit without drama.

Red flag: Can’t take accountability and always has a scapegoat.

7. Podcasts or music? Give a top 3 of things you're currently jamming

Mostly music. Lately:

• Biohazard - Forsaken ( new single )

• DRI - Thrash Zone

• Kreator - Renewal

8. Best and Worst parts of touring?

Best: The work itself. Fast pace, direct results, no desk.

Worst: Sleep deprivation, bad venue infrastructure, and babysitting grown adults who forgot to grow up.

9. Favorite city to visit on tour?

Budapest - beautiful.

10. Favorite venue you've worked?

Olympic Stadium in Athens – total madness, but when it flows, it flows.

11. What's a place you haven't visited that you would love to go to?

South America. I want to feel that crowd energy and also test myself against the logistics nightmare.

12. How long does it take you to get back to "normal" life when you get home from tour?

A week minimum. Sometimes I don’t fully land before the next one starts. But the in-between is where the creative stuff happens, so I’ve learned to use the float.
